IPESS is an open-access academic research platform where researchers can submit papers for peer review, get published, and make their work discoverable to a global audience — completely free of charge.

Create a free account, complete your researcher profile, then navigate to your dashboard and click "Submit New Paper". Upload your manuscript, add co-authors, keywords, and abstract — then submit for editorial review.

Once submitted, an editor reviews your paper and assigns it to one or more domain experts. Reviewers assess the work and submit a verdict — approve, request revision, or reject. The editor makes the final publication decision.

Yes — IPESS is entirely free. Submitting papers, reviewing, reading, and downloading published research costs nothing. We believe in open access for everyone.

Yes. Editors can assign the reviewer role to researchers on the platform. If you would like to contribute as a peer reviewer, contact the editorial team or reach out via your institution's conference or journal editor.
